Join our team at Saab Aeronautics as a Competitor Insights Expert and play a critical role in understanding the competitive landscape of the global aircraft market. As a key member of our Competitor and Market Intelligence (CMI) team, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data on competitors and markets to inform strategic decision-making. Your expertise in security policy and/or the defence market will enable you to contribute significantly to our team's success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze competitor strengths and weaknesses
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather market intelligence
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of five to ten years of experience in market analysis, preferably within the defence industry. Your ability to think critically and develop creative solutions will be essential in driving business growth. You will be based in Linköping and report to the Head of CMO Gripen, with functional oversight from the CMI responsible at Aeronautics.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or political science
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both written and spoken language
  • Experience working with complex data sets and presenting findings to senior management
