Join Volvo Cars' Compliance and Ethics Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance and Ethics professional to join our team at Volvo Cars. As a key member of our Compliance and Ethics Office, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining our global compliance and ethics program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of our Compliance and Ethics strategy and plan, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate various improvement projects to ensure our Compliance and Ethics program meets the highest standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and create the annual Compliance and Ethics risk report, representing our team in risk forums.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the progress of our Compliance and Ethics programs and plans, reporting to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Design and deliver training and communication programs, conducting compliance and responsible business training sessions for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice and support to the business on Compliance and Ethics matters, negotiating agreements and ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field, with over 10 years of experience, including at least 7 years in corporate Compliance and Ethics roles.
  • A passion for training and communication, with the ability to explain complex issues simply to stakeholders.
  • High integrity and the ability to build trust and relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and participating in negotiations.
