Senior Cyber Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SecOps Engineer to join our team at cilbuper IT AB. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our organization's information systems and data from cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities- Continuous Monitoring and Response: Monitor network and system performance to maintain security integrity, detect and address potential security threats promptly.
- Assessment and Enhancement: Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses, recommend and implement effective security enhancements.
- Incident Response Planning: Develop, maintain, and update incident response plans and recovery procedures to ensure readiness and resilience in the face of cyber attacks.
- Policy and Compliance: Create and enforce security policies to protect our digital assets, ensure compliance with security standards such as ISO 27001 and other relevant regulations.
- Training and Awareness: Design and implement tailored security training and awareness programs for all organizational levels to foster a security-aware culture.
- Technology Integration: Research and integrate new security technologies and controls to strengthen our security framework and stay ahead of emerging threats.
- Enhanced Security Measures: Implement robust security measures across all technology platforms to ensure robust protection against unauthorized access or breaches.
- Comprehensive Policies and Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies and training programs that promote a security-aware culture within the organization.
- Effective Incident Response: Lead the organization in responding quickly and effectively to security incidents, minimizing potential impacts on business operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure continued compliance with national and international security standards, maintaining the organization's reputation and legal standing.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide regular reports and insights on security posture, offering strategic guidance to senior management on potential security enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cyber security or information security roles in Europe, with a strong understanding of security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Proven experience in network and system security monitoring, detection, and incident response, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH are highly desirable.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in both English and Mandarin.
