About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our team at Elbit Systems Sweden. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing our IT security architectures, ensuring they align with industry best practices, customer needs, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of IT security architectures across diversified projects.
  • Provide support to system engineers and development engineers.
  • Lead a cross-functional IT security deployment team.
  • Leverage strong hands-on experience with IT security systems and services, deployment automation, and security configuration management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience required.
  • Excellent understanding of best practices within information security and risk management and knowledge of current and emerging cyber security threats.
  • Handle responsibility for infrastructure security domain, collaboration with developers to ensure SDLC security, and possessing knowledge of information security systems and solutions (IPS, NAC, EDR, Firewall), including whitelisting and secure browsing.
  • Experience from work with organizational information security systems such as SIEM and SOC, along with expertise in networking fundamentals, including Routers, Switches, and WAN/LAN communication.
  • Experience with IT systems including Virtualization tools (such as VMWare, HyperV), Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, etc.), and Linux, coupled with deep knowledge in networking and operating systems.
  • Relevant Cyber security certificates (such as CISSP, CISM, CCIE or similar).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish.

  • Ability to influence others effectively, collaborating seamlessly across departments within the organization, as well as with external vendors and partners.
