Job Description
Boeing's Crew and Network Operations Team is seeking a Production Services Manager to join their team in Gothenburg, Sweden. This is a hybrid position that will require some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of skilled specialists, providing developmental opportunities to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities.
- Maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment, building partnerships with direct reports, local and regional teams, and across the global organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
- Work with local team and regional and global colleagues to continuously review lessons learned, identify process improvements, and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to plan, manage, and optimize resources to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal learning and development, seeking feedback and proactively improving skills and knowledge.
- Foster innovation by exploring new opportunities and solutions, thinking beyond current practices, and approaching work problems with creativity and novel approaches.
- Possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data to develop conclusions and recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role (i.e., manager, project manager, team lead, service account manager, etc.).
- Minimum of 5 years of aviation industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years working with external corporate clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, other technical computing or business discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Jeppesen flight operations products and technologies.

This is a manager-level position (K) with a job type of regular and job code of BA40MK (BA1). The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.
