Dermatology Science Liaison

Make Your Mark in Medical Immunology

We are seeking a Dermatology Science Liaison with expertise in Immunology to join our team at UCB. This is an exciting opportunity to work as the field-based scientific expert within the Immunology team focusing on dermatology.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scientific discussions, presentations, and responses to unsolicited questions, (pre-)launch activities, and congress participation. You will also be involved in feasibility processes around new clinical studies and serve as the primary contact person for investigators interested in investigator-initiated research, donations, grants, and developing medical content for the local ecosystem plan.

Your Responsibilities

• Agile identification and management of key scientific and medical influencers based on local ecosystem dynamics.">
• Exploration and identification of new sources of patient value by placing the holistic disease burden of people suffering from chronic immune-mediated inflammatory diseases high on healthcare's agenda.">
• Manage and generate product/disease state data.">
• Support clinical studies, clinical development, and share insights with R&D team.">
• Serve as the leading local scientific expert for UCB in the therapy area.">
• Presentation of Real-World Evidence/Health Economics/clinical information to regional payer accounts and formularies.">

Your Qualifications

• ">
• A PhD in Immunology or a related field is highly desirable.">
• Strong communication/presentation skills in Swedish and English written and spoken.">
• Work experience as a Medical Science Liaison is highly desirable.">
• Proven track-record of working with biologics within immunology and preferred dermatology.">
• Business acumen with a good understanding and holistic view on the healthcare ecosystem.">
• Influencing skills, by building trust, staying consistent, and being assertive in a considerate way.">
• Great project management skills.">
• Curiosity to learn and experiment with new digital initiatives.">

Location

This role is based in Sweden and requires strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between 80,000 - 120,000 SEK per month, depending on experience.
