Job Summary:

Bureau Technical Services is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Commissioning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centres.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform test procedures and witness static and dynamic testing of complex mechanical, electrical and controls systems
  • Coordinate and execute full life cycle commissioning of critical facilities
  • Participate in the MEP design process and interact with contractors
  • Familiarise yourself with codes, local project regulations, construction practices and the latest equipment functional concepts

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and experience with MEP systems
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and speak effectively before groups
  • Basic knowledge of algebra and ability to calculate figures and amounts
