About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Global Category Manager to lead our Indirect Materials and Services sourcing efforts. As a key member of our Sourcing Management Team, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining a Supply Chain that optimizes quality, delivery, cost, sustainability, and technology/innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and identify vendors for indirect materials and services.
- Lead RFx processes and evaluations to select suppliers that meet our quality, delivery, and cost expectations.
- Develop and implement commercial models, reports, and forecasts to drive decision-making and optimize sourcing operations.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their commercial acumen and analytical skills.
Requirements
We are looking for a results-driven professional with experience in category management, preferably in indirect materials and services. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. English language proficiency is required, both written and spoken.
