Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our Oncology business unit in Sweden. As a KAM, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Establish trust-based relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers within Lung cancer treatment.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans, marketing campaigns, and external tactics.
- Analyze data from CRM systems and other sources to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
- Certification in Life Sciences or a degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, biomedicine, or medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
