Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing client engagement strategies to drive growth and retention
  • Managing client expectations and providing timely solutions to resolve any issues
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and company developments to provide expert advice and support to clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress against set targets
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team
  • Supporting the achievement of business objectives through effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Key Requirements:

To join our team, you will need:

  • Degree in any business-related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the financial services sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Taiwanese and Mandarin, as well as English
  • High levels of reliability, integrity, and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Strong technical skills and willingness to adapt to changing technology
  • A valid work permit for Taiwan
