
Customer Service Director

We are a fast-paced and dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences in Taiwan.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing client engagement strategies to drive growth and retention
- Managing client expectations and providing timely solutions to resolve any issues
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and company developments to provide expert advice and support to clients
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress against set targets
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team
- Supporting the achievement of business objectives through effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
To join our team, you will need:
- Degree in any business-related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the financial services sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Taiwanese and Mandarin, as well as English
- High levels of reliability, integrity, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
- Strong technical skills and willingness to adapt to changing technology
- A valid work permit for Taiwan
