We are excited to announce an opportunity for a User Acquisition Director to lead our performance marketing craft in Stockholm. As a key member of our UA team, you will work closely with the Performance Marketing Lead to develop and execute strategies that drive user growth and engagement for our flagship game, Angry Birds 2.

Responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ideate and establish user acquisition funnels on new platforms, managing networks and campaigns, and mentoring junior team members. You will also be responsible for reporting performance marketing operations insights to stakeholders and contributing to creative ideation and production processes.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of user acquisition strategies and channels outside of traditional marketing, excellent managerial, communication, and presentation skills, and a growth mindset and ability to balance data skills with creative understanding.
