About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Insights Analyst to join our Analytics function at EasyPark Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for empowering product teams with data-driven insights, helping them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Uncover valuable insights through quantitative data analysis, identifying trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
  • Insight Synthesis: Transform analytical insights into practical recommendations, guiding key business decisions and driving strategic changes.
  • Product Analysis: Conduct thorough product analysis, defining metrics, segmenting users, experimenting with A/B testing, and performing funnel analysis.
  • Team Empowerment: Coach and enable product teams to use data analytics tools effectively for decision-making, promoting a data-driven culture.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations to challenge decisions, guide strategic changes, and identify new opportunities.
  • Clear Communication: Present insights and findings clearly to cross-functional team members and management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Product Discovery: Engage in product discovery to identify gaps where data can provide solutions, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Customer Journey Exploration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and UX researchers to deeply explore customer journeys and extract actionable insights.
  • Data Utilisation: Support product teams in effectively using usage, conversion, and retention data to enhance conversion rates and create a seamless customer experience.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual who is passionate about connecting data and business through advanced analytics. If you have a strong background in data analysis, product analytics, or a related field, and are eager to take on new challenges, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • Education: BSc in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience working as a Data/Product Analyst or a similar role.
  • Skills: Advanced SQL skills, experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.), and data visualisation tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Language: English is our business language, and we expect you to be very comfortable speaking and writing in English.
