About the Role

Mentimeter AB is seeking a highly skilled Web Analyst to join our team in Stockholm. As a Web Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data using web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel, in close collaboration with our Data scientist team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data using web analytics tools to gain insights into user behavior and website traffic.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings and democratize data for stakeholders using tools such as Looker.
  • Trend Identification: Identify trends and opportunities in website traffic and user behavior.
  • Attribution Modeling: Develop and maintain a comprehensive attribution model that accurately tracks the impact of various marketing channels on user acquisition and revenue.
  • Campaign Measurement: Collaborate with other marketing teams to measure the impact of campaigns and content marketing efforts on user acquisition and product adoption.
  • Data Quality: Ensure the correct tracking of key website events by creating, configuring, and maintaining marketing tags in GTM.
  • Integration and Troubleshooting: Ensure the correct integration of GA4 with Google Ads, Google Search Console, and other sales and marketing stack.
  • Revenue Analysis: Improve the synergy between visitor tracking and user data, and support our in-house Marketing analyst – part of the Data team – with revenue/purchases/pipeline analysis.
  • Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web analysis and data visualization.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven and highly analytical.
  • Storytelling: Good at storytelling and can get people inspired with data insights.
  • Proactive: Proactive and 'can do' attitude with attention to details.
  • Experimentation: Experience working with experimentation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attribution Modeling: Experienced with attribution modeling and Web Analytics tools.
  • Additional Skills: A plus if you have experience with customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) analysis in a SaaS or B2B context, or familiar with tools like Mixpanel or paid Analytic tools like Matomo.
  • Language: Fluent in English with proficient written and verbal communication skills.
