Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced technical expert to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. This role will involve installing and supporting our digital products, ensuring seamless integration with electronic medical records and picture archival systems.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a background in medical systems or IT, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure our digital products, ensuring optimal performance and integration with existing systems.
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of installed systems and configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance our products and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7-10 years of experience in field service or a related technical field.
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting medical software systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and Danish or Swedish.
  • Windows Operating System and server system administration experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with moderate supervision.
Preferred Qualifications

We welcome candidates with additional experience in:

  • Hardware and software installation and configuration.
  • Healthcare and medical system installation.
  • LDAP configuration and troubleshooting.
  • SQL system administration and troubleshooting.
