About this role: We're looking for a seasoned Business Risk & Compliance professional to join our team as a Business Risk & Compliance Business Partner for Digital. In this role, you'll work closely with Group Digital management and teams to assess, prioritize, and follow up on risk responses.
You'll ensure risk and compliance capabilities are well embedded when creating and executing strategic and tactical business objectives. Driving implementation and monitoring the performance of Ingka Business Risk & Compliance framework and practices are also key responsibilities.
As a bridge to the internal control team, you'll support digital teams in mitigating risks with relevant controls. Leading and inspiring a risk and compliance performance mindset, raising risk awareness, and promoting a risk culture secure in running business is essential.
This role requires a strong digital business competence and experienced stakeholder management skills. If you're passionate about empowering people and businesses to seize opportunities and take responsible risks, we encourage you to apply.
