We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Engineer to join our team at Belmontlavan. As a key member of our robotics department, you will be responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and improvement of our workshop robot systems.
Key Responsibilities- Process Document Management: Compile and implement process documents, ensuring their validity, completeness, correctness, and unity. Issue and update maintenance process documents as needed.
- Process Discipline Inspection: Inspect and supervise the implementation of process discipline, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Robot System Optimization: Organize and implement the optimization and improvement of the workshop robot system, reducing operating costs and improving stability and reliability.
- Robot Utilization and Cost Reduction: Study the balance between man and robot in the workshop, improve robot utilization rates, reduce costs, and workload for workshop personnel.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for robot equipment, develop maintenance plans, and formulate and maintain spare parts lists.
- Robot Function Package Optimization: Optimize and improve the workshop robot function package (welding, gluing, SPR, laser welding) to enhance quality.
- Robot Selection and Design: Participate in the selection, design, installation, and commissioning of new robot models, working with the product design and development department.
- Digitalization of Robots: Plan and implement the digitalization of workshop robots to improve management efficiency.
- Automation Improvement: Lead the automation improvement of the workshop, designing solutions with production and suppliers, and implementing at optimal cost.
- Maintenance Engineer Training: Train maintenance engineers and technicians to enhance overall skills.
- KPI Achievement: Achieve KPI targets for workshop equipment, cause analysis, improvement, and tracking.
- M3MU Support: Support M3MU of the workshop.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in robot-related fields.
- Experience: More than 5 years of experience in highly automated OEMs for robot maintenance.
- Electrical Problem-Solving: Diagnose and deal with electrical problems, guiding maintenance operators to handle electrical issues.
- Robot Programming and Diagnosis: Possess robot programming, diagnosis, and fault-handling capabilities.
- Robot Operation and Installation: Proficient in robot operation and able to complete robot installation and commissioning of new projects independently.
- Robot Peripherals and Software/Hardware: Familiar with robot peripherals and able to independently deal with robot-related software and hardware problems.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Strong communication and coordination, problem-solving ability, innovation ability, and pressure resistance.
- Language Skills: Excellent English listening, speaking, and written skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on an occasional basis.
