**Job Description**

We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in driving revenue growth and market expansion in the Nordic region. This high-impact role offers significant influence in shaping the regional sales strategy and requires an experienced sales executive who excels at negotiating with C-level executives.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new named accounts and expand existing business relationships.
  2. Engage with key decision-makers to build trust and drive high-value negotiations.
  3. Navigate long sales cycles (3-12 months) with a solution-oriented sales approach, focusing on value-driven discussions.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure compelling solutions and lead complex sales processes.
  5. Establish SEEBURGER as a trusted partner by understanding customer pain points and aligning our integration solutions.
  6. Communicate the value of our integration solutions to ensure clients understand how they address business challenges.
  7. Optimize outreach and lead generation through collaboration with global sales and marketing teams.
