We're seeking a results-oriented growth expert to drive scalable growth at Hormona. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of data-driven marketing strategies.
The Growth Hacker will lead the execution of Hormona's growth initiatives, taking ownership of the full user lifecycle from acquisition to retention and monetization. They'll design and implement innovative growth campaigns, refine user acquisition funnels, and optimize conversion rates.
This role requires exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. A data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making is essential for driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that drives accelerated user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- User Acquisition: Lead paid and organic acquisition strategies, identifying and optimizing key channels (e.g., paid media, SEO, partnerships, referrals) to grow the user base effectively.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Own and optimize the onboarding, engagement, and upgrade funnels to convert free users to paid subscribers.
- Data-Driven Growth: Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and inform decisions. Use A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses and improve performance.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or a related field, ideally within the health, wellness, or subscription app industry. Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and growth experimentation platforms is required.
A track record of driving measurable growth through innovative and scalable strategies is essential. Experience with mobile app growth strategies, particularly in health or wellness industries, is a plus.
