Job Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Accounting Systems Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating between accounting, business, and IT to govern, oversee, and develop our accounting-related IT systems. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless accounting processes and align them with internal control and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with IT to design and implement accounting-related IT systems">
- Provide training and support to system users">
- Analyze and resolve accounting system issues">
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements">
- Manage system access and user policies">
- Develop and manage system development budgets and costs">
Requirements:
">To succeed as an Accounting Systems Manager, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or information systems. You should also have strong competence, experience (>5 years), in accounting and understanding of accounting principles and practices. Additionally, experience in process management, eagerness to streamline workflows, experience in working in an international environment, project management, strong communication skills, and professional written and spoken English are essential.
