As a Supply Chain & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of 15 professionals based in Skellefteå. Key Accountabilities:- Sales and Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with global sales and cross-functional teams to align manufacturing schedules through effective S&OP planning.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline daily operations, ensuring efficient production planning, procurement, and coordination of inbound and outbound logistics.
- Inventory Management: Balance cost and demand through effective stock control, tracking, storage, and distribution to support efficient and reliable operations.
- Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous learning that drives performance and retention.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and optimize processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainable growth.
Requirements and Experience:
- Education: Master of Science in Engineering, logistics, or other adequate educational or equal working experience.
- Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in a supply chain or operations management role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management tools, data analytics & AI. Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a capacity to build relationships at all organizational levels and with external partners.
