To excel as a Regional Support Engineer for GE Healthcare in the Nordics region, you must possess exceptional technical skills, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Your primary responsibility will be to meet the daily service repair needs of our customers' equipment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through Service Excellence.
In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customer representatives in the Nordics region.
You will utilize cutting-edge tools and technologies to drive Remote Fix Rate (RFR) and First Call Resolution (FCR), while providing proactive support to our customers, internal teams, and external partners.
Key Duties:
- Carry out advanced system-level troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair needs on radio-pharmacy equipment.
- Engage in daily interactions with customers to resolve equipment-related issues and enhance their overall experience.
- Promote open communication with customers to guarantee prompt resolutions and satisfied outcomes.
- Ensure that all customer service logs and internal records are accurately maintained in a timely fashion.
- Regularly inspect and calibrate tools and test equipment to optimize performance.
- Recognize and seize sales opportunities, collaborating closely with the account team to propel business expansion and direction.
- Join forces with the local team to provide seamless, cost-efficient services to all clients within the designated region.
- Cultivate expert-level proficiency in technical areas through continuous learning and skill-enhancing endeavors.
