**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at PTC Group. As an Accounts Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable areas of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issuing and Posting Invoices: You will be responsible for issuing and posting invoices for sales and general expenses, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Accounting for Receipts and Invoices: You will account for receipts, invoices for parts purchases, and invoices for fixed assets, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Bank Reconciliation: You will perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Price and Receipt Verification: You will verify prices and receipts on the customer platform to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: You will manage accounts receivable, including customers and invoices, and FAR accounts, ensuring timely collection and resolution of issues.
  • Due Date Monitoring and Collections: You will monitor due dates and collections, ensuring timely payment and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Default Management and Client Negotiation: You will manage default accounts and negotiate with clients to resolve payment issues.
  • Supplier Complaint Management: You will manage supplier complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Credit and Payment Proposal Review: You will collaborate with the team to review credit and payment proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Invoice and Correction Management: You will manage invoices and corrections, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Receipt Control and Financial Reporting: You will control receipts, generate financial reports, and maintain IBS control, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Customer Service and Issue Resolution: You will provide excellent customer service, resolving issues related to invoices and payments in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or Business Sciences, or a similar field.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Languages: Fluent English and Swedish required, with Spanish and/or Portuguese being valuable.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in SAP and Excel.
  • Availability: Must be available to work in Portugal.
