We are seeking an expert in innovation and employee relations to join our team at Huawei's Kista office. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting innovation and research initiatives, managing employee performance, and resolving employee relations cases.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop their skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the local environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supporting Innovation and Research:
  • Identify barriers to innovation and develop solutions to foster a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Implement HR solutions to support innovation and research initiatives.
Employee Performance Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end performance process.
  • Provide training and guidance to managers on effective performance management practices.
Employee Relations:
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases in compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain positive relationships with union representatives and conduct routine communication and negotiations.
Local Employer Branding:
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the local environment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to promote the company's values and culture.
Requirements
  1. Graduated in HR domain and familiar with labor laws.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  4. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, CBA management, and union relations.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive attitude in problem-solving and issue resolution.

This is a one-year consultant position with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance.
