Responsibilities
As Nordic Technical Service Manager, you will lead a team of experts in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, driving innovation and excellence in both global and local projects.
- Product testing & evaluation: Collaborate with project teams to prepare for exciting new product launches.
- Technical documentation: Create and manage training materials for customers and local field force.
- Professional training: Deliver expert training on the use and application of our products, equipment, and documentation.
- Technical expertise: Provide invaluable knowledge to technical and sales departments, tackling complex issues and educating customers.
- Complaint management: Lead the team in handling product performance and application complaints with expert knowledge.
- Legislation updates: Keep technical and sales departments informed about changes in legislation.
- Team development: Drive engagement and development within the team, focusing on customer satisfaction and business excellence.
- Market synergy: Understand the unique aspects of the three markets and work towards creating synergy effects.
- Global quality meetings: Participate in global meetings, responsible for KPIs and updates to our Business / Marketing Sales Unit.
