We invite you to bring your Project Management experience into play, as you help improve the way we work, collaborate, and innovate through projects. To succeed in this role, you must understand what it takes to drive progress in global projects, have a sense of urgency combined with patience.

You will join our Ramboll Tech PMO department in Copenhagen

As our new colleague in the PMO, you will be part of a passionate and diverse team. We are responsible for executing IT Projects, as well as ensuring organizational adoption. Our project portfolio covers broadly from technical projects and strategic implementations of new global solutions to the area of M&As, where we plan and onboard new colleagues around the world.

Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivery on projects often of high impact and/or strategic importance to Ramboll. The Senior PM will be able to use his/her strong leadership and interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation, negotiation, and communication. Stakeholder management is expected to be performed at a high level.

It is expected that our new colleague will be involved in various projects such as M&As and other technical projects.

  1. M.Sc. or equivalent
  2. Project Management Certifications
  3. Measurable relevant professional experience within IT and with Project Management as primary job content
  4. Documented track record as project manager for large IT projects in a global organisation.
  5. Managerial skills and experience
  6. Good negotiation skills
  7. Ability to solve complex tasks in a structured way
  8. Ability to establish cross-organisational collaboration
  9. Proactive stakeholder management at all levels
  10. Good technical knowledge and experience within IT technical domains and within Business Applications
  11. Business understanding

Personal skills:

  1. Great communication skills in speech and writing
  2. Can communicate key messages to the point, both written and orally and adjusted to various stakeholders
  3. Result oriented and taking clear ownership for assigned tasks as well as driving team to success
  4. Change willingness and ability to adapt to new situations fast
  5. Flexible attitude, proactive and able to take initiative
  6. Be a team player by enhancing good team spirit and cooperate well with colleagues and vendors and with a high degree of knowledge sharing
  7. Have integrity and be impactful and enthusiastic
