Our unit, Project Services, is responsible for efficient and high-quality project deliveries with highly skilled and motivated project managers. Our goal is to create a world-class customer experience and make our customers more competitive.

Responsibilities:

  • Typically lead small projects or sub-projects.
  • Work independently with daily management of sub-projects and understand when issues should be escalated to a higher level.
  • Possess good problem-solving skills and are not afraid to make decisions.
  • Communicate effectively and can engage and motivate others.
  • Coordinate internally and with customers on project-related issues.
  • Exhibit a coaching leadership style and contribute to the team's growth.

Expectations:

  • Preferably have a couple of years of project management experience in IT service implementation, particularly in outsourcing, infrastructure, networks, and workplace services.
  • Basic understanding of workplace services, IT infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
  • Relevant higher education or equivalent.
  • Project management training is a plus.
