Job title: Project Manager (PMP Certified) + Banking

Location: Malmo, Sweden

Number of days on location required: Hybrid working mode (2 days @ Malmo, Sweden, Mandatory visit)

Job Type: Min. 6-12 months contract (Possible extension)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

As Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of key initiatives within the organisation. Your responsibility will be to manage one or several projects, ensuring that they meet timelines, stay within budget, and deliver the desired outcomes in line with the organization's broader objectives.

You will be part of Banking Customer, where we create possibilities for a better living by providing banking and financial services.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

  1. Project Strategy and Planning:
  2. Define the projects objectives, goals, and success criteria.
  3. Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  4. Align the project with the program/organization's strategic objectives.
  5. Stakeholder Management:
  6. Communicate the projects progress and issues to stakeholders and maintain a high level of transparency.
  7. Resolve conflicts and ensure alignment among various stakeholders.
  8. Resource Management:
  9. Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as needed.
  10. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the availability of resources.
  11. Risk Management:
  12. Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans to address potential issues.
  13. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project's lifecycle.
  14. Project Oversight:
  15. Supervise the execution of the project.
  16. Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  17. Quality Assurance:
  18. Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables.
  19. Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards are met.
  20. Communication and Reporting:
  21. Develop and maintain a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
  22. Create regular reports and presentations for executives and stakeholders.
  23. Change Management:
  24. Support and guide the organization through changes associated with the project.
  25. Ensure that team members and stakeholders understand and accept changes.
  26. Project Evaluation:
  27. Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the project's success.
  28. Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned.

Experience/Demonstrated competencies:

  • Proven experience in project management or a related role.
  • Proven experience in successful project implementations.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is preferred.
