We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead Lindab's ERP Program. In this key role, you will work alongside our ERP partner, Avanade, to oversee the implementation of Lindab's new ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365F&O). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformative journey, spanning the entire Lindab Group. Your expertise in project- and program management in combination with your deep knowledge and experience of D365F&O and MS Dynamics for Sales will be essential for the task.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Lindab Group. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future ERP and application landscape, ensuring the new system aligns with Lindab's strategic goals and delivers value across all levels of the business.

This role will report to the Head of Program Management and be based at Lindab's Malmö office.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Project Leadership: Lead Lindab's ERP program in collaboration with Avanade's Project Leader. Take ownership to ensure all project phases are successfully executed and align with Lindab's strategic objectives.
  2. Project Planning and Execution: Execute established project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, while adapting and adjusting as necessary. Develop additional plans if needed to meet project requirements. Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, implementing mitigation strategies when needed. Together with an established testing team, ensure that all testing is completed on schedule.
  3. Project Governance: Collaborate with Executive Sponsors, the Steering Committee, and Functional Work Groups to ensure adherence to ERP Project Governance and Guiding Principles. Maintain transparency in decision-making and provide regular updates to program stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring project deliverables align with their requirements. Foster effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations, including with faculty, staff and administrative leaders.
  5. Team Management: Lead and motivate the project team, including internal staff and external consultants. Create a collaborative environment that drives high performance, accountability, and team success.
  6. Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the project budget, track expenditures, and provide regular budget reporting. Ensure resources are allocated effectively to maximize project efficiency and value.
  7. Change Management and Training: Manage change initiatives to support the successful adoption of D365F&O. Facilitate the development of training materials and oversee end-user training to maximize system usage and effectiveness.
  8. Quality Assurance: Work with the Avanade team to ensure the ERP implementation meets high standards of quality and follows industry best practices.
  9. Problem Solving: Identify, address, and resolve any issues or challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle. Bring forward innovative solutions and facilitate informed decision-making to maintain project momentum and success.

Previous experience and competencies:

  1. 10+ years of Project Leadership experience.
  2. 5-10 years of experience in leading and rolling out ERP solutions, with particular expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  3. 5+ years of experience from Microsoft Dynamics for Sales.
  4. Background in the manufacturing industry and experience working in an international environment is highly beneficial.
  5. Strong understanding of ERP solutions and their role in streamlining and enhancing business processes.
  6. Ability to communicate the value of ERP strategies effectively, to all levels of the organization, inspiring engagement from both teams and stakeholders.
