About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Delivery Specialist to join our Commercial B2C function at Ikano Bank AB (publ). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving and developing the Commercial B2C data structures, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and organize raw data, building data systems and pipelines to support analytical modelling and reporting.
  • Work with analysts and business stakeholders to develop new data requests, connecting the ask to available data structures and ensuring the query meets business needs.
  • Initiate and drive development requests related to customer data delivery to commercial data points, including CRM systems, analytics tools, and customer data marts.
  • Lead data sharing initiatives with suppliers and partners, interpreting business needs into identifiable data sources, extracting data, and establishing processes for ongoing data quality management.
  • Own QA process for data stored in commercial analytics tools/environments, performing data validation and producing data summary reports.
  • Champion a "single source of truth" for customer data, promoting consistency and trust in the use of data for segment, query, and dashboards/reporting.
  • Act as a data steward for the commercial B2C function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for data processes and reporting.
  • Map and align with relevant stakeholders' current and future customer data requirements for commercial.
Requirements
  • Motivation: Ability to navigate a matrix structure across multiple geographies, result-oriented in terms of bank targets and customer satisfaction, and highly collaborative within the function and across the bank.
  • Knowledge: Data engineering literacy, SQL is a minimum requirement, experience with SAS, Python, or other data analysis languages is an advantage.
  • Experience: Proven track record of managing data and processes with customer engagement technologies, including one or more B2C CRM tools.
  • Capabilities: Business focus, ability to contribute to overall quality of projects, strong focus on data quality, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
