Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Service leader to join our team as a Global Sales Director for Large Motors. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of sales professionals in providing optimal lifecycle experiences to our customers worldwide.

In this role, you will be responsible for heading up the sales team that is responsible for selling and promoting the entire service portfolio for large motors and generators. You will work closely with various stakeholders such as Local Sales Units and Global functions to achieve annual sales targets and break them down per account and team member.

You will have a high say-do ratio and leadership by example is crucial in this role. You will also be responsible for ensuring full compliance to ABB's code of conduct and integrity as well as health and safety standards.

  • A university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is required.
  • At least 5 years' experience in sales, with sales management being a plus.
  • A service-minded personality and a strong customer focus are essential.
