Huvudsakliga Arbetsuppgifter
  • Rapportering och Analyser: Ansvara för framtagning och leverans av avtalad rapportering till Mälardalstrafik och andra intressenter för att säkerställa korrekt och transparent kommunikation.
  • KPI Följning och Utvärdering: Kontinuerligt följa upp och utvärdera Transdevs KPIer och nyckeltal för att identifiera möjligheter till effektiviseringar och förbättringar av resultat inom verksamheten.
  • Analys och Beslutsstöd: Bistå chefer inom den operativa verksamheten samt ledningsgruppen genom att tillhandahålla analyser, beslutsunderlag och presentationsmaterial vid behov för att underlätta strategiska beslut och måluppfyllnad.
  • Arbete med Data: Utföra arbete i Excel för att effektivt hantera och analysera data. Utöver det underlätta koordinering och planering genom att använda andra delar av Office 365 som Sharepoint, Outlook etc.
Kvalifikationer
  • Noggrannhet och Analytisk Förmåga: Du har noggrannhet, analytisk förmåga och kan hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt utan att bli överväldigad.
  • Erfarenhet av Administrativt Arbete: Erfarenheter av administrativt arbete.
  • Eftergymnasial Utbildning: Eftergymnasial utbildning, t.ex. högskoleingenjör, IT, logistik eller transport.
  • Kunskaper i Excel och Office 365: Starka kunskaper inom Excel, och goda kunskaper om resten av Office 365.
  • Kunskaper i Svenska och Engelska: Goda kunskaper i Svenska och Engelska.
