Business Development Manager, Nordics

As a seasoned sales professional, you'll join our growth team, driving expansion across the Nordic region. With your expertise in sales and industry knowledge, you'll identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and build strong relationships with clients.
Job Description:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the e-commerce retail sector
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, utilizing both inbound leads and outbound strategies
- Account Management: Conduct discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their business challenges and tailor solutions that align with their objectives
- Closing Deals: Negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across various levels within prospect organizations
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have sold SaaS solutions to companies in the e-commerce retail sector
- Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
