TN Sweden is driving the green transition through innovative projects. We are seeking a Strategic Contracting Specialist to secure subcontracts for offshore and onshore installation services from the market.

This role is part of our Procurement team, contributing to our company's growth and success.

Securing Subcontracts in Dynamic Projects

The Strategic Contracting Specialist will focus on securing safe and cost-effective subcontracts that align with our company strategy and project needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with category managers, project members, and other stakeholders to ensure subcontracts that reflect industry best practices and meet customer requirements.

Regular domestic and international travel is required, with the position located in Karlskrona or Malmö.

Business-Focused Professional with Procurement Expertise

We are looking for a business-focused professional who is motivated to develop relationships and secure subcontracts in a challenging market. To thrive in this position, you should have experience in project management within procurement or sourcing. You handle change management processes, maintain effective communication, and ensure smooth collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Key qualifications include:

  1. M.Sc. degree in business, engineering, economics, or similar
  2. Experience in procurement, including complex contracting
  3. Project management experience in a cross-functional setup
