Security Analyst Officer

Your role

We are looking for a Security Analyst Officer to join our team at Saab Business Area Kockums.



As a Security Analyst Officer at Saab Kockums, you will work in an international environment where advanced security threats are part of the everyday business alongside complex business environments and projects with high business impact.



In your role you will be responsible for producing security analysis to identify, understand and prevent security threats. Furthermore, you will contribute with protective security analyses for future markets and projects, handle incidents, manage security investigations and be a key player in raising security awareness for the Business Area. You will liaise and collaborate extensively both internally and externally.



Your main tasks will be:

* Analyzing security threats and trends on both an operational and a strategic level
* Providing threat assessments and recommend mitigating actions
* Handling incidents and lead security investigations
* Participating in analysis teams within Saab where knowledge is disseminated and actions are taken
* Teaching, training and presenting



You will be based in either Malmö or Karlskrona, but we are a global company and we work in an international context, which will require both domestic and international travel. For this reason, you need to feel confident in both speaking and writing in English.



The security function at Business Area Kockums is a team consisting of competences such as security managers, information security specialists, security protection specialist and security administration. You will work with all our business units, our businesses outside Sweden and collaborate with the other business areas at Saab.



Your profile

We are looking for someone with documented experience in threat analysis, both in national and international contexts, as well as expertise in incident management. Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and verbal, are essential, along with good analytical and problem-solving abilities. You should have several years of experience working with security-related legislation and legal frameworks.



It is favorable if you have experience working with Swedish protective security. In addition to this, it is advantageous to have several years of experience in government authorities or at a global company with an understanding of security-related issues in business processes. We believe that previous experience of leadership or management will benefit you greatly in this role. An ability to build and maintain strong networks and relationships within and outside your organization is highly valued.



You are a true team player, and as such you focus on team results. Personal qualities will be of the outmost importance and it is paramount that you are trustworthy with strong ethics and personal integrity.



You understand the need for balanced security in a business-driven environment. As a Security Analysis Officer at Saab Kockums, you are likely to get in contact with classified information. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
