About the Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lean Specialist to join our Commercial Team. As a key role bridging Lean expertise with business impact, you will help customers unlock operational excellence through our innovative platform.

In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers in leveraging Lean methodologies and our digital solutions to improve workflows, reduce waste, and achieve measurable results. With your strong consulting background, you will support the sales process, contribute to pre-sales activities, and work closely with manufacturing customers across the globe.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Acting as a Lean expert and advisor for our customers, understanding their challenges and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating with the commercial team in pre-sales processes, delivering value-driven demonstrations and workshops.
  • Working directly with customers to define their needs and recommend best practices for using Mevisio's platform to support Lean and operational goals.
  • Assisting in designing and configuring solutions that align with Lean principles, including workflows and KPIs.
  • Supporting the development of tools and processes that showcase the value of our platform to potential and existing customers.
  • Providing input to the product team to ensure our platform continues to meet the needs of the manufacturing industry.
