Innovation and Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Innovation and Growth Specialist to join our team and lead the development of our marketing automation solution.
As a key member of our team, you will shape the future of our marketing product portfolio, enabling businesses to automate their marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement.
- You will drive the strategic direction of our digital marketing offering, understanding and documenting market needs, capturing all perspectives, along with underlying requirements.
- You will analyse customer feedback to identify trends and directions, facilitating stakeholder meetings across markets and categorising outcomes into actionable initiatives.
- You will develop business cases for key initiatives, initiating pricing and packaging initiatives, and driving the development of the marketing product portfolio roadmap.
In this pivotal role, you will take products to market, clearly communicating the what, why, and how of our product offerings to go-to-market teams when launching new features, modules, or updates.
You will develop compelling value-based narratives that articulate our product intentions and customer value and benefits, owning and executing product launch plans, ensuring market readiness.
