Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Software Engineer to lead our teams in the development of innovative solutions within Marketing & Communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical development of our solutions, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
  • Co-define the technical roadmap with architects and lead software engineers.
  • Establish and maintain Agile development practices, ensuring good code quality, test-driven development, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Introduce design patterns and optimize technical solutions for scalability and maintainability.
  • Secure proper design, architecture, and technology for 3D, images, motion media solutions, and products related to Marketing Communications.
  • Collaborate with technology teams, solution architects, software and data engineers, and product owners to ensure technical inputs and quality guidelines.
  • Ensure quality control processes are created and implemented for technology platforms and products.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to improve solution architectures and implement best practices in software development.

Requirements

You will bring a deep understanding and experience of shaping architecture, combined with knowledge of current and future digital technology trends, industry standards, architecture frameworks, and modeling techniques.

You will have experience in designing and developing relevant software solutions, ideally gained through work on significant technology projects within a global enterprise setting.

You will have a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, modern query languages, and familiarity with languages such as.NET, C++, or Python, version control workflows, collaboration tools, and knowledge on patterns to create scalable, maintainable, and reliable systems.

You will have experience with Azure cloud technology and platforms from an architecture and development perspective.

You will have an M.Sc. in computer science or an equivalent academic degree within the area of IT.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and communicate with business leaders and technology leadership.
