About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrialization Engineer to join our team in Västerås. As an Industrialization Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of industrialization strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement industrialization strategies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Design and implement lean manufacturing and maintenance work instructions.
  • Develop and maintain tool calibration processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • DEGREE OR PASSION IN Industrialization Engineering.
  • Experience or understanding of railway industry.
  • Knowledge of technical experience of methods Engineering, writing and improving manufacturing and/or maintenance work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing, Tooling design, Poke-Yoke methodology and VSM.
  • Familiarity with ERP-systems and master data crunching (such as SAP, Maximo).
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
