We are partnering with a leading Renewable Energy business to find an Investment Associate to join their dynamic team in Stockholm, Sweden.

About the Role:

  1. Conduct thorough financial analysis of potential investments, including due diligence and valuation analysis.
  2. Support the deal execution process from sourcing to closing, ensuring seamless collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Develop and present high-quality investment proposals to clients and internal meetings, showcasing expertise and market knowledge.
  4. Coach and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  5. Engage with senior management, key shareholders, and external advisors to drive investment decisions and build strong relationships.

Requirements:

  1. 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or M&A advisory, preferably with a focus on renewable energy and energy transition.
  2. Strong financial modeling skills and a solid understanding of project and corporate finance.
  3. Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Strong academic background and fluency in English, with a Nordic language a plus.
