Join Our Private Equity Team in Stockholm

At White & Case, we are seeking a talented Associate to join our Private Equity team in our Stockholm office. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced Partners and lawyers to advise clients on complex cross-border transactions.

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially-minded and enthusiastic individual with a strong academic record and intellectual curiosity. You should have a passion for the cut-and-thrust of international deal-making and be able to work effectively as part of a tightly-knit team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of complex cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, co-investments, and growth capital investments.
  • Work closely with our Partners and lawyers to advise clients on key risks and issues involved in cross-border transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Contribute to the development of our Private Equity practice in Stockholm, including identifying new business opportunities and developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
Requirements
  • Recent or soon-to-be Swedish law program graduate (Juristprogrammet) with additional work experience in private equity.
  • Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity, with a creative and commercial approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deal environment.
  • Fluency in English and a good understanding of the key risks and issues involved in cross-border transactions.
