Job Overview

As a key member of the Service and Solution Delivery team, this role plays a crucial part in driving customer success in Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for advancing global healthcare outcomes and fostering sustainable growth through effective collaboration and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and/or management consulting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English and proficiency in a second language (ideally Swedish).
