About This Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Head of Contract Management to join our team in Västerås, Sweden.

This is a unique opportunity to lead our commercial team and oversee all aspects of contract management and commercial operations to ensure the successful execution of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, commercial operations, and procurement, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the commercial team to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize commercial outcomes.
  • Drive commercial and claim strategies to ensure delivery of successful strategies.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to develop and implement procurement strategies.
  • Provide contractual advice and support to project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with bespoke contracts such as ABT06, AB04, ABK09, FIDIC, and NS8407.
  • A profound understanding of project business and delivery of turnkey EPC projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of commercial principles, contract law, and risk management.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
