Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop IAM services and tools, tailoring product features to align with specific business needs.
  • Conduct vendor and technology evaluations to ensure adherence to information security protocols, procedures, and controls.
  • Promote secure computing practices among colleagues and disseminate IAM best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement the team's vision, strategy, and roadmap while improving efficiency and capacity planning within the unit.
  • Research and integrate the latest industry best practices in IAM.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience working with IAM.
  • Solid knowledge of Information Security principles and the ability to meet audit requirements.
  • Experience in troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with AD and Microsoft Entra ID architecture.
  • Understanding of sensitive account segmentation, proper access control configuration, and the application of the principle of least privilege.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
