About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team at Set Europa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure and scalable IAM systems that align with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement IAM solutions that ensure secure identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, and multi-factor authentication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop enterprise-level solutions in hybrid environments, including cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with security principles, GDPR, and IAM best practices.
  • Travel to Stockholm for occasional meetings and project work.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with IAM solutions, including identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and MFA.
  • Proven ability to design and implement secure and scalable IAM systems.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, GDPR, and IAM best practices.
  • EU Citizenship and fluency in English.
Preferred Requirements
  • Location: Preference for candidates who can easily commute to Stockholm.
  • Industry Experience: Experience with pension funds or financial services is advantageous.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with EU regulations is a plus.
  • Project Experience: Experience with long-term consulting projects and team collaboration.
