Role Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Salesforce Developer, where you'll play a pivotal part in shaping our CRM ecosystem and driving impactful Salesforce strategies.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and user-friendly Salesforce solutions tailored to our Nordic operations. Your expertise will drive efficiency across Sales and Service Cloud modules.
- Salesforce Development: Create applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Ecosystem Administration: Manage users, roles, profiles, and workflows while automating and streamlining business processes.
- Cloud Optimization: Configure and enhance functionalities to support sales cycles and customer service excellence.
- Integration Leadership: Connect Salesforce with other systems to enable seamless data flow.
Your Background
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, a strong background in Sales and Service Cloud configurations, and knowledge of API integrations and scalable system development.
Experience in UI/UX design, agile mindset, and proficiency in English are also essential requirements. Salesforce certifications are preferred but not required.
