Position Summary

We are seeking a PLM/PDM Administrator to join our global unit focused on Brand, Innovations, and Sustainability. This role is pivotal in enhancing our product lifecycle management and ensuring the effective administration of our CAD/PDM software applications.

Key Responsibilities

The PLM/PDM Administrator will take charge of the following:

  • Oversee and enhance the functionality of Solidworks CAD and PDM systems, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
  • Establish and maintain documentation standards necessary for quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Create training materials and provide technical guidance to users of the system.
  • Manage Solidworks licenses and maintenance agreements on a global scale.
  • Facilitate the transfer of data between internal systems and external partners, including the administration of external user accounts.
  • Develop efficient workflows for managing product specifications throughout their lifecycle, from launch to obsolescence.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2-3+ years of experience with 2D/3D CAD documentation and PDM or PLM systems in a product development or manufacturing context.
  • Experience in continuous improvement environments or quality management systems.
  • Proficiency in PLM systems with a focus on quality to support manufacturing processes. Familiarity with Solidworks PDM Professional is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to create 3D CAD models and 2D CAD drawings, with Solidworks experience or certification being a plus.
  • International experience is considered a merit.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
