About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Integration Manager to join our team at Winthrop Technologies, a leading provider of data centre solutions across Europe. As an Electrical Integration Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and report on the planning and execution of integration requirements.
  • Act as the single point of contact for management and reporting of planning and execution of scopes and deliverables.
  • Identify, document, and manage construction phasing deliverables of systems and related CSA and MEP deliverables.
  • Report bi-weekly progress through the respective design, procurement, execution, and handover phases.
  • Develop an integration execution plan.
  • Chair internal integration meetings, including client meetings.
  • Manage and ensure compliance with the telecom material procurement process.
  • Coordinate with the client on snagging and handover.
  • Attend weekly design workgroup or workshops meetings, as required.
  • Facilitate, coach, and aid in the scheduling of installation and site on-boarding (H&S, method statements, etc.).
  • Ensure health and safety compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in construction-related onsite project management, preferably in the data centre/pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Telecommunications design/installation experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of high-density fibre cable installation and termination, Cat6 cabling and patching, rack and cable containment installations, AV cabling, alarm and environmental cabling and connections.
  • BoM tracking and management, design change management process, security and access control installation process and requirements, knowledge of data centre security restrictions and requirements.
