The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Roadmap Leader and play a crucial role in shaping the future of IKEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of the IKEA strategic roadmap for end-to-end Common Content and Customer Experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of the IKEA strategic roadmap for end-to-end Common Content and Customer Experience.
- Facilitate sequencing, planning, and prioritization based on business needs, financial frames, and strategic objectives.
- Enable and support IKEA organizations to successfully execute the IKEA strategy.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with experience in roadmap development and communication, strategic business analysis, and extensive experience working with and communicating to Senior Management teams.
