As a Floor Manager at Weekday, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll lead a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service, while also analyzing selling information and working with the store manager to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
  • Analyze selling information and work with the store manager to maximize sales.
  • Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service.
  • SUPPORT RECRUITMENT AND ENSURE INDUCTION AND TRAINING OF NEW STARTERS IS CARRIED OUT.
  • Assist the Store Manager in identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression.
  • Oversee store operations.
  • Be a brand ambassador and provide the best experience for our customers.
  • Step into the role of Store Manager in their absence.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • You understand what makes a great customer experience.
  • Prior retail or customer-facing experience.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
