About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change and Process Specialist to join our team at Nordea Bank Norge ASA. As a key member of our Information and Analytics Capability, you will play a crucial role in driving functional and non-functional requirements, analyzing data and data sources, and overseeing UAT sign-offs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive analysis and requirements to successfully implement improvements in existing data flows and business logic for Credit risk reporting and operational data.
  • Participate in an agile structure, focusing on defining, evaluating, and prioritizing features while working closely with development teams and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivered functionality meets business and regulatory requirements and maximizes business value.
  • Build specific competence on credit processes, applications, reports, and data.
  • Identify potential and actively propose improvements to streamline end-to-end credit processes and data.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in documenting and conceptualizing requirements in complex environments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, Python, SAS, or similar tools).
  • Strong understanding of both business and IT.
  • Experience working with Enterprise Data Warehouse or Data Marts.
  • Experience in big data analysis through Snowflake or Hadoop is an advantage but not a necessity.
  • Previous experience in credit management or capital reporting is a plus but not essential.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience in Financial Services or Consultancy is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
